Sometimes I wish that policyIQ came with an audio track. Perhaps James Earl Jones could occasionally remind users about the great features that they skip right past.
“Hello Jane. I noticed that you do not have any saved Advanced Searches. Can I help you create one today?”
How awesome would that be? It is really hard to ignore James Earl Jones – and who would want to?
Sadly, policyIQ does not have an audio track. Or a contract with James Earl Jones. We do have an Advanced Search feature that allows you to personalize your policyIQ experience – and we’d like to show you how to take advantage of it!
Why “Advance” your “Search”?
Advanced Search is essentially a simpler version of policyIQ Reports – available to both Advanced and Standard Users. What makes it different from simple Search?
- Save your search, so that you can run the same search again and retrieve real-time results! Saved Advanced Searches appear in the left navigation of each module.
- Wide range of filter options!
Filter by specific field values, folders, security permissions, change history and much more.
- Choose what detail you see!
You choose the columns that you want to see in the results, giving you more flexibility to see additional detail.
Because you can create your own filters, customize the level of detail and then save the Advanced Search to appear in your left navigation – you have the power to create an entirely customized navigation in policyIQ.
