The policyIQ team took a break from routine in our CPE event hosted on August 23rd. Rather than present another session on a specific policyIQ solution; we stepped back and presented some tips that (we hope) can add value for any and all policyIQ clients. We looked over the questions received by our support team that seem applicable across the board and set this time aside to focus on some of the most common questions.

In summary, attendees learned how to:
- Help users to more easily locate content by adjusting Folder Viewers, adding Read Only accounts and Keywords fields
- Properly reassign responsibilities and replace a departing policyIQ user
- Use Automatic Email Notification, the “Email Reminder” feature, workflow notifications and Custom Alerts to streamline and automate communications
- Properly assign content, give readers a place to share feedback, and utilize the expiration feature in order to keep content current and relevant
