This month, September 2013, RGP is pleased to present to you two can’t-miss opportunities to learn of ways to boost your organization’s awareness of (1) Leadership and Change Management and (2) Conflict Minerals Compliance:
09/25/2013: Leadership and Change Management: The Role of Leaders in Effective Change Management
This webinar was such a hit the first time around, RGP is hosting a repeat performance and again evaluating the role of senior leadership and mid-level managers in the change management process. As you are aware, change is a reality and a business necessity; however, amongst all of the corporate goings on, at times it is underestimated how important it is to manage the change effectively. This can have costly results, from reduced productivity and engagement to a negative impact on the bottom line. On September 25th, 2013, please join Vernon Crawford, a Human Capital consultant with a Six Sigma Black Belt, as he offers practical considerations for ensuring successful change management initiatives using sample case studies.
09/26/2013: Conflict Minerals: Practical Considerations for Enabling the RCOI
At this first of a three part series, Kevin Deely and Anne Stillwell, RGP Senior Practice Directors, share real world examples and propose everyday considerations for preparing for the Reasonable Country of Origin Inquiry (“RCOI”) process — a critical element in the Conflict Minerals compliance administration. The RCOI process presents many challenges and a great level of effort, for example — conducting the risk identification, cleansing data, training and defining the process. These alone can present their own unique set of challenges. Should you find yourself without a proper RCOI plan in place, you may find yourself running on a hamster wheel playing catch up.
