Going Back to School Isn’t Just for the Children Anymore!

As the children go back to school and continue their valuable education experience, we want to carry on that valuable experience with you. After all, just because we’re adults doesn’t mean learning has to end. Our technique may be a little different, i.e., no homework, no studying for tests, no fear of blurting out the wrong answer, etc., but the end result is just as worthwhile.

Below are just a couple of “classes” that are being offered, along with final enrollment dates:

Vendor Risk Management for Financial Services: September 18th at 12:00pm EDT – Financial Services companies are facing increased regulatory scrutiny of the processes, systems and controls used in monitoring and managing risks associated with third-party vendors. In this webcast, RGP will provide an overview of the compliance initiative, examine how companies are establishing and advancing their programs, and discuss RGP’s proven methodology used with our clients to achieve sustainable compliance with these important regulatory requirements.

The New Revenue Recognition Standard Webcast Series (Part 2): How to Begin Implementing the New Standard:    September 22nd at 12:00pm EDT – Part 2 of the New Revenue Recognition Series builds on Part 1 of the Revenue Recognition series which focuses on how to get started on developing your company-wide implementation plan and address challenges in not only technical accounting, but also in systems, data, people and processes. Register today and ensure a smooth progression from the planning through the implementation of your industry’s process.

And, in case you were not able to attend Part 1 of this series – Understanding the New Revenue Recognition Standard Webcast Series (Part 1): Industry-Specific Impacts – click here to view the recording, at your convenience, in its entirety. This webcast took a look at the impact the new rules may have on specific industries, outlined their unique challenges and highlighted what companies in these industries should watch for.
