We want to give a huge THANK YOU to all of the policyIQ users who took the time to respond to our policyIQ Client Survey. We wrapped up the survey last week, but the work has only just begun. Now we are preparing to act on the feedback, suggestions, compliments, and complaints that we have received from our users.
While we’re still working out the details, we did want to note a few consistent themes that we found throughout the survey responses:
- You love policyIQ support!
Of all of the conclusions drawn from the survey, the fact that policyIQ support meets and exceeds expectations on all fronts is without question. Thank you! We’re looking forward to continuing this trend – and even expanding on the support we offer. - Editing text in the HTML Editor gets less love. It is also clear that editing longer, narrative text in the HTML editor causes more frustration than any other area of the application. We hear you! We’re already working on some really exciting changes to the way policyIQ manages the creation and editing of narrative text. (We’re not quite ready to reveal anything publicly, but for those of you who indicated a desire to be early adopters and contributors, we’ll be in touch soon!)
- Internal Audit and Accounting/Finance remain the largest consumers of policyIQ.policyIQ users fall into all departments within companies, but Internal Audit and Accounting/Finance still have the lion’s share of the users. It has been awesome to see these areas of the business continue to grow and expand their use of the application, and it also means that many companies still have opportunities for low (or no!) cost expansion of policyIQ. We’re looking forward to providing more information on how you can use policyIQ across the entire business to get the most from your investments!
There are a lot of data points to consider when evaluating the surveys. We’ve already begun to act on many of the ideas proposed, and we’re still making some assessments in other areas. We have a few additional questions and we’ll be following up on those in the coming weeks.
Once again – THANK YOU! If you responded to the survey or sent it along to other users in your company, we appreciate your time and your feedback. We also encourage you not to wait for the next survey; reach out to us at any time with your ideas!
